Agius & Partners is mandated by a leading private bank to identify an experienced Desk Head for their Suisse Romandie (Geneva/Lausanne) private banking team.
The successful candidate will lead and grow a desk of Relationship Managers covering the Suisse Romandie market, combining hands-on client management with team leadership, coaching and business development responsibilities.
Key requirements:
- Proven track record as a Desk Head, Team Leader or Senior Relationship Manager within Swiss private banking
- Strong existing network and book of business in the Suisse Romandie region
- Experience managing and developing a team of Relationship Managers
- Fluency in French and English; German is an advantage
